✅ How Organizer Access is Given:
-
The Super Admin has the ability to assign organizer access.
-
To give someone organizer rights, the Super Admin simply clicks the "Make Organizer" icon/button on the selected attendee.
-
Once assigned, the attendee gains special permissions to manage the meeting or table, depending on the platform’s functionality.
❌ How Organizer Access is Revoked:
Organizer access is automatically or manually revoked in the following ways:
-
Manual Revoke:
-
If the Super Admin clicks the "Make Organizer" icon again for the same attendee, the access is removed and returned to the Super Admin.
-
-
Auto Revoke (Triggers):
-
When the Super Admin leaves and rejoins the meeting, the system revokes the organizer role from the attendee and restores it to the Super Admin.
-
When the Super Admin refreshes the browser or screen, they automatically regain organizer access.
-
If the attendee with organizer rights tries to switch tables, their access is removed and handed back to the Super Admin.
-
If the Super Admin and the organizer attendee sit at the same table, the organizer access is returned to the Super Admin automatically.
